Casa Primavera is a holiday home located in the famous Frontera Primavera Complex in Tenerife, Canary Islands of Spain. We accept bookings from 5 days to 6 months.
Set within the popular Costa del Silencio / Las Galletas area, our holiday home combines the freedom and comfort of a self-catering ground-floor home with the relaxed atmosphere of a well-established holiday community.
Within the quiet gated and guarded community you’ll find beautifully landscaped surroundings, palm trees and a fantastic large swimming pool — the perfect place to cool off, stretch out on a sun lounger and enjoy Tenerife’s year-round sunshine.
Whether you’re looking for lunches on the sunny west-facing terrace, relaxation by the pool or days exploring the island, this is a wonderful place to slow down and enjoy your stay.
Temperatures in the daytime usually stay at a balmy 20-30 celsius year round in this particular area of southern Tenerife – and it rarely rains.
There are three local beaches within walking distance.
The apartment is bright, comfortable and well equipped, with a spacious living area, fully fitted kitchen, comfortable bedroom with 160cm large double bed, washing machine, walk-in shower and private terrace.
Two large supermarkets, dozens of restaurants, bars, cafés and shops are close by, and the area is very flat and easy to walk.
There are plenty of activities in town, and exploring all of Tenerife by car is easy too with free gated parking and free on-street parking. Bus stops and a taxi rank are also near the exits.
Wi-Fi: Working remotely / Digital Nomad? You’ll have a dedicated working area with a desk and and an adjustable office chair in the bedroom. The free unlimited wifi is reliable with an over 600Mb symmetrical fibre connection.
